Is my deposit refundable?

​

No. All deposits are non-refundable unless the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In this scenario, the client will be contacted directly and advised of the cancellation. Photographer will collaborate with client to refund deposit.

Where can photographs be taken?

​

We are open to location suggestions and requests. We are based in Downtown Lynchburg, VA. We are happy to suggest locations we have utilized previously based on the client's request. We are also pleased to travel to personal properties or alternate locations so long as they do not exceed a 1-hour driving time from where we are based.

What do services include?

​

We offer maternity, couple/engagement, and family portrait sessions. Depending upon selection and need, price will vary. Depending upon the desired service, we offer 30-minute or 1-hour sessions. Mini sessions will include 5-10 edited portraits, while standard sessions will include 10-20 edited portraits. Please visit the "Services" tab for more information.

How will I receive my portraits?

​

At this time, finalized portraits will be sent to the client via email, through a Google Drive link. We are working on developing a more formalized way to deliver portraits.

What if I am not happy with my portraits?

​

We strive to deliver you the absolute best work possible. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your finalized portraits, please contact us. We will work collaboratively to resolve any issues.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my session?

​

In the event a session needs to be cancelled, you may contact us. The initial deposit will not be refunded. Regarding rescheduling, you may contact us, and we will attempt to accommodate you to the best of our ability. The need to reschedule will likely result in you needing to make a new, separate booking.

Is wedding photography offered?

​

This one is tricky....We would love to offer wedding photography. However, we have not yet had the opportunity to photograph a wedding, and don't feel comfortable advertising a product that we have nothing to show for. ESPECIALLY for something as special as your wedding day! Should you be interested in utilizing our services for your wedding, please contact us directly. We will work collaboratively to figure out the logistics, pricing, and details should you choose to take a chance on us and be our first wedding session!!

Will my portraits be used on the website, social media pages, or for marketing purposes?

​

Yes. All portraits are subject to being utilized on pages associated with Dutra Digitals. However, you are provided the option to opt out of your portraits being utilized for marketing and promotional purposes during the booking process.
