1. Purpose of This Agreement

This agreement gives the Photographer permission to use photographs taken during the above session for promotional purposes, which may include:

• Displaying images on the Photographer’s website or online portfolio

• Sharing on social media platforms

• Use in marketing materials (digital or print)

• Submission to publications or competitions

 

Photographs will always be used respectfully and professionally.

 

2. Permission on Behalf of Additional Participants

By listing additional individuals above, the Client confirms that all participants have given their permission for their images to be captured and used as described in this agreement.

 

If any participants are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of the minor.

 

3. Compensation

The Client agrees that no additional compensation (monetary or otherwise) will be provided for the promotional use of these images. This release is granted in exchange for receiving photography services.

 

4. Opt-Out Option(s)

If you do not wish to have your images used for promotional purposes, you will be given the opportunity to make a selection regarding these permissions during the booking process. 

 

 

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AGREEMENT

Payment for Services

• All bookings will be charged a $50 non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance owed will be obtained upon the time of service through one of the following payment options

  • Venmo/Paypal

  • Cash

  • Check

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• The client may cancel at any time. If the session is cancelled by the client, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. The client will not be charged any additional fees for cancelling.

• If the Photographer needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, weather), an alternative date will be offered or the deposit refunded.

• No-shows without communication will forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.

 

Delivery of Portraits

• All finalized portraits will be delivered to the client through an online gallery unless otherwise specified.

• Clients will receive their finalized photos within 3 calendar weeks from the date of the session. Once the portraits are ready, the client will be contacted and advised as to how they may access the finalized product. 

• The number of portraits received is dependent upon the type of session selected by the client during the booking process. 

 

Image Archiving 

Edited images will be stored by the Photographer for up to 60 days after delivery. After that, file recovery may not be possible

 

Creative Control 

The Client understands and agrees to the Photographer’s style, artistic approach, and final editing decisions. Requests for extensive retouching (e.g., body modifications, background swaps) may be subject to additional fees.

 

Liability

The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, client tardiness, venue restrictions, or technical issues. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
